Koh-I-Noor Hardtmuth is one of the worlds biggest producers of art supplies and stationery. It has a long history going right back to its founding in 1790 in Austria, and then later moving to the Czech Republic, where they still reside today. The name comes from the founders surname, Hardtmuth and the Koh-I-Noor diamond, which at one point was the largest diamond in the world. Today, Koh-I-Noor is a global name in artist products including pencils, chalk and charcoal, crayons, pastels and much more.
