Purchases
We only buy direct from manufacturers and authorised suppliers. Where applicable, manufacturer guarantees and warranties will be passed on to you.
All transactions are subject to applicable UK consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP), Euros (EUR), or United States Dollars (USD) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Payments
All payments are securely processed through Stripe.
Your payment details are encrypted and are not stored by us.
We accept all major credit and debit cards supported by Stripe.
Currencies
We process payments in Pounds Sterling (GBP), Euros (EUR), and United States Dollars (USD).
Your card provider or bank may convert the amount into your local currency. Any additional charges or exchange fees applied by your card provider are your responsibility.
Refunds & Returns
If goods are faulty, damaged, or misdescribed, they may be returned within 28 days for a full refund or replacement.
You may also return unused items in their original packaging within 28 days of purchase for a refund. Refunds for non-faulty items will exclude original postage costs and return postage costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Personalised or engraved items cannot be refunded unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Returns should be sent using an appropriate tracked postal service. We recommend using the same postage method as the original delivery where possible.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
International Orders
We ship internationally. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges applied by their local authorities.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory rights under UK law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Signature Stationery Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products from it.
